Pretty busy with work at the moment so it will mainly be my twitter feed here for a while, But I do hope to get started with some reviews, cocktails, photos and tastings very soon. At the moment I'm brewing another batch of beer, caramel malt, wheat, pilsner malt, and Saaz Hops, and a few dried fruits and spices. Fairly excited to see how it turns out.
